TERMS & CONDITIONS MEMBERSHIP

1. Introduction

Welcome to the Retreat Creator Membership ("Membership"), offered by The Retreat Planner. By enrolling in the Membership, you agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions. This Membership is designed to transform your retreat planning skills and help you achieve unparalleled success.

2. Membership Details

Monthly Fee: The Membership fee is $333 per month. However, for the first month, new members can join for a promotional price of $33. Trial Period: Enjoy a no-obligation trial for the first month. If you're not satisfied, you can cancel your Membership at any time. Cancellation: Cancellations must be made at least 7 days before the next billing cycle to avoid charges for the upcoming month. 3. Eligibility

The Membership is open to individuals who have hosted retreats in the past and wish to improve their sales, increase profit margins, or connect with other retreat creators. Those new to retreat planning may apply for our group program.

4. Membership Benefits

As a member, you will receive:

5. Cancellation and Refund Policy

Cancellation: To cancel your Membership, email hello@theretreatplanner.com at least 7 days before your next billing date. Failure to do so will result in the automatic renewal of your Membership for the next billing cycle. Refunds: No refunds will be issued for the first month's promotional price of $33. Subsequent payments of $333 are non-refundable once billed.

6. Code of Conduct

Members are expected to maintain a respectful and professional demeanor during all interactions within the Membership community. Disrespectful behavior, including but not limited to harassment, discrimination, and inappropriate conduct, may result in the termination of Membership without refund.

7. Intellectual Property

All materials provided as part of the Membership, including but not limited to training materials, presentations, and content, are the intellectual property of The Retreat Planner. Members may not distribute, reproduce, or share these materials without explicit permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

The Retreat Planner shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the Membership services.

9. Amendments

The Retreat Planner reserves the right to update or amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Members will be notified of any significant changes.
