By accessing or using the Site in any manner, whether automated or otherwise, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions (“Terms”), our Privacy Policy, and any additional terms that may apply to specific products or services available through the Site.

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. When we do, we will post the revised version on this page with an updated date. Your continued use of the Site after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

2. Programs, Products & Services

All offerings are subject to the terms set out in these Terms & Conditions and any program-specific agreements provided at the time of enrollment or purchase.

By enrolling in or purchasing any program, product, or service offered through the Site, you agree to review and comply with all applicable program-specific terms in addition to these general Terms.

3. No Refund Policy

ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

Due to the digital and time-sensitive nature of our programs, products, and services, all purchases made through this Site are non-refundable. This applies to, but is not limited to:

Online workshops and digital courses
Premium mentorship programs
1:1 coaching sessions
Retreat planning programs and in-person retreat events
Downloadable resources, templates, and guides
Podcast-related purchases or premium content

Store Credit Exception

At the sole discretion of The Retreat Planner, and only in exceptional circumstances, store credit may be issued in lieu of a refund. Any store credit granted:

Is non-transferable and applies only to the account holder
May be applied toward other programs or products offered by The Retreat Planner
Has no cash value and cannot be exchanged for money
Must be used within 12 months of issuance, unless otherwise specified in writing

To request consideration for store credit, you must contact us in writing within 7 days of your purchase, stating the reason for your request. Submission of a request does not guarantee approval.

We strongly encourage you to review all program details, prerequisites, and expectations before making any purchase.

4. Results Disclaimer & No Earnings Guarantee

The Retreat Planner offers educational content, consulting, mentorship, and retreat planning resources. All programs and services are intended to provide information, tools, and support — they do not guarantee any specific outcomes, results, income, or success.

5. Participant Conduct at In-Person Events & Retreats

By registering for and attending any in-person retreat, workshop, or event organized or facilitated by The Retreat Planner, you agree to the following Code of Conduct and event policies.

A) Code of Conduct

All participants are expected to engage respectfully and professionally with facilitators, staff, and fellow participants at all times. You agree not to:

Engage in harassment, discrimination, or any behavior that creates an unsafe or hostile environment for others
Disrupt sessions, workshops, or group activities
Use threatening, abusive, or offensive language toward any person
Violate the privacy or personal boundaries of other participants or staff
Engage in any illegal activity during the event

B) Removal Without Refund

The Retreat Planner reserves the right to remove any participant from an in-person event at any time, without refund or credit, if that participant is deemed, at our sole discretion, to be violating the Code of Conduct, creating an unsafe environment for other participants or staff, or acting in a manner inconsistent with the values and purpose of the event.

Removal from an event does not entitle the participant to any compensation, refund, reimbursement of travel costs, accommodations, or any other expenses incurred.

C) Health, Safety & Personal Responsibility

Retreat and wellness events may involve physical, mindful, or experiential activities. By participating, you confirm that you are physically and mentally able to participate in such activities. The Retreat Planner does not provide medical, psychological, or therapeutic services. You participate in all activities at your own risk and are solely responsible for your own health and safety. We strongly recommend consulting a qualified healthcare professional before participating in any physical wellness activity.

D) Photo & Video Consent

By attending any in-person event, you grant The Retreat Planner permission to photograph and/or record video during the event for marketing, promotional, and educational purposes. Your image, likeness, or voice may appear in content shared on the Site, social media, or other promotional materials. If you do not consent to being photographed or recorded, you must notify us in writing prior to the event.

6. Intellectual Property Rights

A) Our License to You
