I spent years designing high-profit strategies for the world's most recognized hospitality brands. Now I help retreat leaders build businesses with the same methodology — personalized to their vision, their audience, and the life they want to live.
My career started in Mexico — events, catering, building brands from scratch. Then I moved to Dubai and spent six years inside Marriott International, working my way from the restaurant floor at The Ritz-Carlton to leading loyalty marketing across the Middle East and Africa.
At The Ritz-Carlton JBR, I rebranded five restaurants and a spa, driving a 30% revenue increase through concept repositioning alone. At Marriott, I helped launch Marriott Bonvoy across the region — a campaign that generated $24 million in advertising value. I planned member events for 1,800+ guests, built incentive programs for 11,000+ associates, and created the Brand, Marketing & Communications conference in Jordan with 30 speakers and over 400 attendees.
Along the way, I produced experiences that most people only dream of: a private dinner in front of the Giza Pyramids, an immersive Greatest Showman-themed event with Emirates Airlines, a two-star Michelin chef dinner at the Ritz-Carlton Nile for fifty of Marriott's most loyal customers.
Then I attended a women's retreat that changed my life. At the end, I asked the facilitator when the next one was. That was her answer. A transformational experience — with no business model behind it.
That moment is why The Retreat Planner exists. I saw it everywhere: brilliant facilitators, life-changing retreats, broken businesses. They didn't need more passion. They needed the same profit infrastructure I'd spent years building inside the world's top hospitality brands.
Today, my methodology has been tested across 100+ retreats. My clients run sold-out programs with 76-person waitlists, turn projected losses into $27K profits, and build six-figure retreat businesses that are as sustainable as they are transformational.
Based in Mexico, I'm a trained Masao healer and gong player — the spiritual practice that keeps me grounded while building businesses that scale. I practice Kirtan (mantra singing), devour historical novels alongside business books, and believe that the best retreat businesses are built by people who understand transformation from the inside out.
That intersection — where deep personal practice meets sharp business strategy — is where my best work happens. It's also why my clients trust me: I understand both worlds.
